This was probably one of the cleanest, most up to date condos I've ever stayed in.
Upon initial check in there were issues with the code working. We had to sit outside the door with carts full of our luggage after a 9 hour drive, waiting over 20 minutes for someone to finally call us back to give us a code that worked. After we finally got in and unloaded, we went back down for more things. Of course that code didn't work now. So AGAIN we had to call and wait AGAIN for a whole NEW code. Later that night at 1030 another agent called and wanted to change the code yet again.
While on the phone with this agent we were getting ready to settle in and lock up for the night. There is no locks. The ONLY locking mechanism for the door is the handle latch, like a bedroom/bathroom door has. That's it. Nothing else. No dead bolt, no chain lock/hook, nothing. After contacting them again a manager called me and send someone out. They did provide a wedge to put under the door... Which when we went to use it it didn't go because the way the frame is made. So we had absolutely NO way to securely lock ourselves inside. The maintenance man told me he used to be a locksmith and the handle lock was the safest there was (which is a lie, it is literally just a basic, single knob lock, no bolt). Other than that everything was fine. If you want to not be securely locked in and safe in your condo, out of town, with young children, and to have to call customer service over and over and fight with lock codes not working multiple times over and over then I'd recommend. If not, I'd definitely try somewhere else.
